Privacy Policy

This is a small business, not a data company. I collect the minimum needed to answer your enquiry and photograph your wedding, and I don't sell any of it.
Who I am
ConneryFilm is a wedding photography and cinematography business owned and operated by Connery Davoodian, based in West Hills, California. You can reach me at (818) 749-7039 or conneryfilm@gmail.com.
What I collect
When you use the enquiry form on this site, you choose to send me:
- Your name
- Your phone number and email address
- Your wedding date and venue, if you've given them
- The collection and any add-ons you selected
- Whatever you write in the message field
That's it. This site sets no advertising cookies, runs no tracking pixels, and does not build a profile of you. If you simply browse the site and never submit the form, I don't collect anything about you.
How the form works
The enquiry form is delivered by FormSubmit, a third-party service that passes the contents of the form to my email inbox. Your submission travels through their systems on the way to me, subject to their own privacy practices. I don't store your enquiry anywhere else — it lives in my email.
What I use it for
Only to reply to you, quote your wedding, and — if you book — to plan and deliver the work. I may keep our correspondence for my business records. I will not add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for, and I will never sell, rent or trade your details.
Photographs of your wedding
Photographs and films of your wedding are personal to you. I may show selected images publicly — on this site, on social media, or to prospective couples — as examples of my work. If you would prefer I didn't, tell me and I won't. That instruction is honoured for as long as I'm in business, and I'd rather you say so up front than feel awkward about it later. Client galleries are shared privately with you and are not indexed publicly.
Who else sees your information
My team members work on your wedding and see what they need to do their jobs. Beyond that, I share your information only where I'm legally required to. I use ordinary, reputable services to run the business — email, cloud storage, gallery delivery — and your information sits inside those in the normal course of things.
How long I keep things
Enquiries that don't turn into bookings are kept while they might still be useful, then deleted. Files from weddings I've shot are archived so I can re-supply your gallery if you lose it — but archives aren't permanent, so please download and back up your own copies.
Your rights
California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know what personal information a business has collected, to request deletion, to correct it, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. I don't sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. To make any request, just email or call me — no forms, no hoops.
Children
This site isn't directed at children and I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be obvious rather than buried.
