These terms cover the use of this website. The wedding itself is governed by the signed contract we sign together — not by this page.

Who these terms are with

ConneryFilm, owned and operated by Connery Davoodian, West Hills, California. Using this site means you accept what's on this page.

Enquiries are not bookings

Submitting the form, selecting a collection, or choosing add-ons does not reserve your date and does not create a contract. Nothing is booked until we have a signed agreement and the retainer is paid. Dates are held on a first-come basis and I can't hold one informally.

Collections, add-ons and pricing

What's listed on this site describes what's typically included and is offered as a guide, not a fixed quote. Coverage, team size and deliverables vary by wedding. Pricing is quoted individually and confirmed in writing. I may change what's offered at any time; a written quote you've already received stands on its own terms.

The photographs and films on this site

Every image and film here was made by me and is protected by copyright. You may look at them and share a link to this site. You may not copy, download, re-upload, crop, edit, use them to train a machine-learning model, or use them commercially without my written permission. The ConneryFilm name and logo are mine too.

Where a camera brand or venue is named or depicted, that's descriptive only. Those names and marks belong to their owners and no affiliation or endorsement is implied.

Using the site

Please don't attempt to break, overload, scrape or gain unauthorised access to this site, and don't submit anything false, abusive, or belonging to someone else through the form.

Links to other places

This site links out to review platforms, social media and venue websites. I don't control those and I'm not responsible for what's on them.

No warranty on the site itself

The site is provided as-is. I work to keep it accurate and available, but I can't promise it will always be online, error-free, or that the information on it is complete at any given moment.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, my liability arising from your use of this website is limited to the amount you've paid me, if anything, for use of the website — which is nothing. This clause is about the website. It does not limit, replace or override anything in a signed wedding contract, and it does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute about them belongs in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

Changes

I may update these terms; the date at the top will change when I do. Continuing to use the site means accepting the current version.
